Litigation Support

When a person is involved in a civil or criminal lawsuit, the person enters into a process called litigation. Under the various rules of Civil Procedure that governs actions in state and federal courts, litigation involves a series of steps that may lead to a court trial and ultimately a resolution of the matter. Litigation support are all the activities designed to prepare to try a case, including document review, interviewing witnesses, and case preparation.
